Joey Restaurants & Local Public Eatery Party with SPB!

Another amazing night for Social Photo Booths at The Ranch on Calgary Trail in Edmonton, Alberta where they hosted Joey Restaurants and Local Public Eatery’s South Common annual staff new years and appreciation party on January 2nd, 2012. We joined employees from all of their locations in bringing in the new year with laughs, props, and a darn good time! From the moment we opened the booth there was a lineup of guests trying to get in! Eventually everyone got their shining moment! We can tell you how much fun everyone had, but I’ll let the Photo Gallery of this fun packed night do the talking! Thanks to everyone who helped out to make the night such a great success!

SPB thanks the 2012 IIHF World Hockey Championships Volunteers

It was one of the most successful IIHF World Hockey Championships ever and we have the amazing volunteers to thank for it! This is exactly how the owner of The Ranch in Edmonton, Alberta felt when he decided to book Social Photo Booths for another night on January 5th, 2012 to come help celebrate with the volunteers who did such an amazing job and who deserve a multitude of thanks! Yay to Canada for bringing home the Bronze!! We were so happy we could celebrate with the volunteers the accomplishment of the Canadian Hockey Team and to witness the thrilling game between Sweden and Russia in the final. I guess other teams have to win the gold besides Canada every once in a while! Thanks to The Ranch and its staff for a great night and thanks again to all the volunteers who make these amazing events happen! Check out our Photo Gallery to see all the fun we had on this night!

SPB Teams up with Hudsons Canadian Tap House!

What better way to bring in the new year than having a blast in a photo booth with your friends and colleagues from work! Social Photo Booths was honoured to be a part of Hudsons Canadian Tap House’s staff new years party on January 1st, 2012 hosted at The Ranch on Calgary Trail in Edmonton, Alberta. The booth was packed all night with staff from all Hudsons locations from both Edmonton and Calgary. The guests were upset to see us pack up and leave, but once again we were certainly the hit of the party. Thanks to everyone for checking us out and we look forward to partying with Hudsons again in the near future! Who knows, you might see Social Photo Booths at one of their locations one of these nights so don’t be shy to stop by! You can see more great pictures from this event in our Photo Gallery.

Protostatix Engineering Celebrate the Holidays with SPB!

The Zinc Restaurant is a terrific venue located at the Alberta Gallery of Alberta. For some of the finest food (try their pan-seared Bison…WOW!) and service in Edmonton, be sure to visit Zinc. We were given the opportunity to set up our photo booth at Protostatix Engineering’s Holiday party on Dec. 17. From the moment we opened the photo booth, the employees really loved it! During the meal, people kept getting up to take their photos, laughing and giggling as the flashes went off inside. As the evening went on, the music began pumpin’ and everyone was up dancin’! The space in the restaurant was somewhat limited with our booth and DJ sharing the same space, next to the dance floor, which resulted in a few cases where the photo booth people and dance floor people had some minor bumps! All in fun of course and it became natural to just dance right into the booth to take another picture. What a fun group, thanks for having us and we hope to “bump” into each other again soon!
